Work with customers to define strategies that best utilize ServiceNow services and capabilities.

Develop an agile-based workplan and schedule for planning and executing development activities.

Lead a team of developers for providing work products and solutions to the customers.

Ensure work products meet customer requirements and expectations. Detailed Skills Requirements

FOUNDATION FOR SUCCESS (Basic Qualifications)

Eight plus years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer – developing ServiceNow solutions across all platform applications, including ITSM, ITOM, Asset Mgt, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and HR.

Five plus years of experience as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect.

Five plus years of experience with integrating ServiceNow with other applications or data sources.

Five plus years of experience in designing and leading complex solutions and integrations.

Three plus years of experience leading development teams. Extensive understanding of system architecture and design principles.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Experience with the US Federal Government.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement. FACTORS TO HELP YOU SHINE (Required Skills)

Experience with Project Management, requirements management, and Agile development practices.

ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or Certified Master Architect preferred.

Certification in one or more additional mainline certifications, with preference for the following:

CIS - Customer Service Management

CIS - IT Service Management

CIS - Discovery

CIS - Service Mapping

CIS - Strategic Portfolio Management

CIS - Application Portfolio Management

CIS - Software Asset Management

CIS - Hardware Asset Management HOW TO STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD (Desired Skills)

Showcase your knowledge of modern development through the following experience or skills:

Experience with Web development, including technologies such as X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, Angular, and JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java.

Experience with implementing Java scripting to support automation across the various modules in ServiceNow.

Experience with REST and SOAP web service protocols.

Experience with Business Rules, workflow, Identification Rules, Workspaces, and external Portals.

Knowledge of SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP.

ServiceNow developer Certification, including ITSM, ITOM, Asset Mgt, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, TRM/APM, or HR Certification.

Project Management or Agile certification.

ITILv4 Foundations Certification.

Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement.
