Highly Experienced ServiceNow Developer Needed for IT Automation

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. ServiceNow Developer to join our team, providing development support to customers related to their workflows in ServiceNow environments.

The successful candidate will work primarily with the IT & Software Asset Management (ITAM) Team to focus on implementing, configuring, and managing customer ServiceNow platforms.

About the Role

• Implement ServiceNow platform capabilities including ITAM, ITSM, and ITOM modules.
• Work with customers to ensure configuration meets their requirements.
• Identify potential problem areas within customer ServiceNow environments.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new ServiceNow offerings.
• Complete work within agreed timescales and KPIs.
• Assist SHI teams in managing project timelines and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement custom solutions using ServiceNow.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow platform to meet customer needs.
• Maintain and improve existing ServiceNow configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience required.
• Minimum 5 years holding a position configuring and customizing ServiceNow projects.
• Experience with common web technologies and networking.
• Detailed knowledge of ITIL methodologies, JavaScript, and web software design principles.
• Knowledge of relational databases, directory service integration, and Single Sign-on.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications

• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in three or more applications preferred.
• Additional experience within the IT or Software Asset Management field.
• A second language preferably French or Spanish will be an advantage.

Certifications Required

• ServiceNow System Administrator certification is a must.
• Other certifications include ServiceNow Fundamentals, Implementation Methodology Fundamentals, Platform Implementation, and ITAM/ITSM all modules.

What We Offer

• Competitive salary range $130,000 - $170,000.
• Base salary and bonus.
