We are seeking a motivated and career-oriented Salesforce/ServiceNow Developer to join our hybrid team. This role splits time working remotely and on client sites.
Main Responsibilities:
- Participate in sprint planning and review meetings, as well as other Agile ceremonies.
- Engage directly with stakeholders and end users, providing product demonstrations.
- Implement ServiceNow design solutions, including system integrations and data analytics.
- Build ServiceNow Web components, Workflows, and automations.
- Work with ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, or other ServiceNow modules, or Salesforce Experience Cloud applications.
- Configure software components, units, and modules that meet product specifications and development schedules.
- Adhere to product build and release schedules, using software development pipelines.
- Test and debug complex software components and units.
- Develop product documentation as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, engineering, math, or a related field; or 10 years of comparable work experience.
- 5+ years of development experience.
- Proficient in ServiceNow, with certification or Salesforce certifications.
- Experience working in an Agile Scrum team, promoting Agile Scrum principles and practices.
- Experience with ADO, JIRA, or other project management tools.
- Experience integrating with other systems, such as Microsoft Office 365 or Microsoft PowerPlatform.
- Experience building data analytics solutions.
- Experience with software development pipelines for deployment.
- Ability to design and build technical solutions, demonstrating exceptional configuration/coding skills and development discipline.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Organized and methodical development approach.
- Experience working within large cross-functional teams, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet goals and deadlines.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certification.
Security Clearance Requirements:
- US citizenship, requiring a background check.
- Ability to obtain a SECRET Clearance.
