Key Responsibilities

This role will oversee test planning and execution while collaborating closely with developers, business analysts, and various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in manual and automated testing across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
