We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architecture Expert to join our team. As a key member of our architecture team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing ServiceNow architecture solutions that meet the needs of our clients. ">
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow TSM/TSOM and its interaction with BSS/OSS systems, including ServiceNow modules CSM (Customer Service Management) and FSM (Field Service Management). You will contribute to identifying best-fit architectural solutions for one or more projects, develop application designs, and provide regular support and guidance to project teams on complex coding, issue resolution, and execution. ">

A bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent is required from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty can be considered in lieu of every year of education. The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in Information Technology and 2+ years' experience as an architect in Telecom Service Management. ">
Preferred qualifications include OSS/BSS experience with extensive technical design expertise of Service Assurance, Network Assurance, ITSM, Monitoring, CSM, and Customer Service Portal capabilities, as well as solid understanding of ServiceNow TSM/CSM/ITSM/ITOM/TSOM implementation in the Telecom domain. ">
This role requires excellent communication and client interfacing skills, with the ability to work in an autonomous manner, setting direction and prioritization for teams and communicating with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the Technical Product. "> ">
- Demonstrable ability to understand and resolve conflicting priorities with other products.">
- Collaborate effectively with other ServiceNow consultants to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/requests.">

This job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Travel may be required as per the job requirements. ",
