ServiceNow Configuration Manager

ServiceNow Engineer Position

This is a challenging role that requires expertise in designing, developing, and implementing complex enterprise software solutions in ServiceNow Configuration Management.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop software modules with varying levels of complexity, including service interfaces, process flows, service messages, SOA components, business logic, UI/UX, or data access logic for ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to ensure application designs align with appropriate patterns and standards.
• Develop and evaluate options for resolving problems, and implement solutions.
• Participate in tier 3 application support activities, including incident management and the assessment and delivery of application upgrades and patches.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science).
• 4–6 years of related experience or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope, and skill reflective of the level of this position.
• One or more of the following skills: ServiceNow, CMDB, CSDM, Javascript, Asset Management.
