Must be able to work onsite at ABC Supply's National Support Center campus in Beloit, WI in a hybrid arrangement.

Responsibilities:

• Consulting with Business and IT stakeholders to understand strategic and tactical needs
• Identifying, designing, and articulating how the ServiceNow platform can satisfy business objectives
• Curating documentation ranging from strategic architecture design deliverables to implementation specific detailed design stories
• Consulting with the business and vendor to implement additional modules in ServiceNow
• Coordinating and collaborating with implementation partner(s)
• Experienced with reviewing the ServiceNow roadmap and recommending opportunities to leverage the platform to its capabilities
• Translate business workflows into application workflows
• Actively document implementations so others can easily understand the requirements, implementation and test conditions
• Serve as an escalation point for production issues
• Build trust with business and IT stakeholders by implementing enterprise systems
• Facilitating cross-functional planning and coordination for Platform Upgrades

Qualifications:

• 5+ Years Experience with ServiceNow
• 10+ Years IT Experience
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, research, and analytical skills and be able to tackle design constraints
• Experienced working in an Agile team and related processes, deliverables, and ceremonies
• Able to communicate in terminology understood by business and IT constituents
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related degree/experience
• Accustomed to thinking and operating both strategically and tactically
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong cognitive ability especially with respect to understanding, documenting and describing complex technical subjects
• Strong team player
