The Senior Software Engineer for ServiceNow in the Cloud Operations Resilience Engineering (CORE) Technology division at Capital One plays a crucial role in building and evolving our foundational cloud infrastructure. Skills
- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform modules

Responsibilities
- Develop modules for IT Asset Management, IT Risk Management, and IT Service Management in ServiceNow
- Configure and deploy new functionalities using ServiceNow
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business requirements and design solutions
- Ensure adherence to SDLC/DevOps processes during updates
- Create supporting system documentation such as requirement and design documents
- Address platform assistance issues, including end-user inquiries and maintenance requests
- Generate custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 3 years of experience in software engineering (excluding internship experience)
- Preferred: 2+ years programming/administrating ServiceNow and web technologies
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and customization
- 1+ years of experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure)
