Responsibilities

• Develop modules for IT Asset Management, IT Risk Management, and IT Service Management in ServiceNow
• Configure and deploy new functionalities using ServiceNow
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business requirements and design solutions
• Ensure adherence to SDLC/DevOps processes during updates
• Create supporting system documentation such as requirement and design documents
• Address platform assistance issues, including end-user inquiries and maintenance requests
• Generate custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 3 years of experience in software engineering (excluding internship experience)
• Preferred: 2+ years programming/administrating ServiceNow and web technologies
• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and customization
• 1+ years of experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure)
