We are seeking a ServiceNow Software Engineering leader who is passionate about converging data with emerging technologies. As a Director of Software Engineering for ServiceNow, you’ll have the opportunity to be on the forefront of driving a major transformation within the Capital One ServiceNow Platform. You will be part of the Cloud Operations Resilience Engineering (CORE) Technology division which is responsible for enabling and evolving Capital One’s foundational cloud infrastructure layer, including observability, connectivity, resilience, and availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 7 years of experience in software development
• At least 5 years of experience with ServiceNow Platform and people management

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Master’s Degree preferred but not required

• Minimum of 7 years in software development
• 5+ years with ServiceNow Platform, including Development and Operations
• 5+ years in people management
