ServiceNow Administrator

Job Description:Role Overview: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD)

ServiceNow certifications in ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and Virtual Agent

Experience with AI & Automation in ServiceNow (Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, and Machine Learning models)

Exposure to Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow development

Write and maintain server-side scripts (Script Includes, Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs, etc.) and client-side scripts (UI Policies, Client Scripts, UI Actions, etc.)

Create and optimize Workflows, Flow Designer, and Business Processes

Work with Security & Access Control (ACLs, Roles, and Groups) to ensure data protection and compliance
