Skills

• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform modules
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and Glide

Responsibilities

• Develop ServiceNow platform modules (IT Asset Management, IT Risk Management, IT Service Management)
• Configure and deploy new functionality using ServiceNow

• Collaborate with stakeholders including management and business users
• Create supporting documentation including requirement and design documents
• Maintain platform functionality and troubleshoot issues
• Develop custom reports and dashboards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 3 years of experience in software engineering
• 2+ years of experience programming and administering ServiceNow
• 3+ years of experience using web technologies
• 2+ years of Java development experience
• 1+ years of experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
