- Plano, TX: (144,200 - )164,600 for Senior Software Engineer
- Richmond, VA: (144,200 - )164,600 for Senior Software Engineer
- McLean, VA: (158,600 - )181,000 for Senior Software Engineer
- Performance-based incentive compensation (cash bonuses and/or LTI)

Skills
- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform modules
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and Glide
- Familiarity with web technologies: XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems
- Development skills in AngularJS, REST API, and AJAX
- Ability to create supporting documentation and reports
Responsibilities
- Develop ServiceNow platform modules (IT Asset Management, IT Risk Management, IT Service Management)
- Configure and deploy new functionality using ServiceNow
- Design solutions based on business requirements
- Ensure adherence to SDLC/DevOps processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders including management and business users
- Create supporting documentation including requirement and design documents
- Maintain platform functionality and troubleshoot issues
- Develop custom reports and dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 3 years of experience in software engineering
- 2+ years of experience programming and administering ServiceNow
- 3+ years of experience using web technologies
- 2+ years of Java development experience
- 1+ years of experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure)
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
