We are looking for Software Engineers with expertise in ServiceNow to lead a significant transformation within our organization. The Cloud Operations Resilience Engineering (CORE) Technology division is charged with enhancing and sustaining our core cloud infrastructure, focusing on observability, connectivity, resilience, and availability.

What You’ll Do

• Develop ServiceNow platform modules for IT Asset Management, IT Risk Management, and IT Service Management, covering areas like CMDB, Incidents, Change, Release, and Problem Management.
• Configure and implement new functionalities using ServiceNow and related web technologies.
• Analyze business requirements and craft solutions with ServiceNow modules and custom applications.
• Adhere to SDLC/DevOps processes when updating development, testing, and production environments.
• Engage with management, users, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Create system documentation such as requirement documents, design documents, and training guides.
• Address platform issues including user assistance, maintenance, and defect corrections.
• Assist in creating custom reports, dashboards, and generating KPIs and metrics.
• Use JavaScript and Glide for solution development.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using web technologies.
• Utilize technologies like AngularJS, JavaScript, SOAP, REST API, and more.
• Pursue continuous learning and engagement with tech trends, both internally and externally, and mentor fellow engineers.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 3 years of experience in software engineering

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years programming and managing ServiceNow
• 2+ years with ServiceNow setup and integration
• 3+ years working with web technologies like Javascript, XML, HTML, AJAX, and CSS
• 2+ years of Java development
• 3+ years of ServiceNow customization experience, including screen tailoring and workflow administration
• Familiar with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or other cloud services
• 3+ years in open-source frameworks
• 2+ years in Agile methodologies
