Enterprise ServiceNow Developer - Solution Designer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and administering solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

• You will participate in customer-facing meetings to discuss Service Management processes and features.
• You will document workflows, processes, and results of business analysis.
• You will develop a thorough understanding of customer requirements and apply industry best practices to design optimal solutions.
• You will translate application functionality into application architecture and produce business functionality requirements.

This role requires a technical subject matter expert with a deep understanding of business processes and software application environments. Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities as a Senior ServiceNow Developer include:

• Breaking down documented requirements into epics and decomposing them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Developing and delivering end-user training.
• Maintaining system lifecycle documentation.
