ServiceNow Developer with module HRSD

SNOW Developer Job Description:

• Design, develop and maintain ServiceNow applications.
• Configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM, SRM, HRSD, CSM) workflows.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external system APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Develop and configure custom UI pages and widgets.
• Have good knowledge of JavaScripting and web development technologies (HTML, CSS, Angular, Jelly scripting).

Key Responsibilities: HRSD

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions to support HR processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
• Customize ServiceNow HRSD modules such as Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Employee Service Center.
• Configure HR service catalog items, workflows, and automation to streamline HR processes.
• Hold previous work experience and exposure to HRSD.

Certifications: ServiceNow Certification is a must-have.
