Remote ServiceNow Development Position

A challenging opportunity is available for a seasoned ServiceNow Developer to join our team. About the Role

This role requires expertise in designing, building, and customizing ServiceNow applications and services. The ideal candidate will have experience with process and solution integration, workflow design/configuration, and reporting. Key Responsibilities

• Support the technical design for architecture, ensuring high availability and recoverability of the environment
• Collaborate with development teams to design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy business rules and technical solutions
• Develop custom integration components and integrate legacy systems with the platform using mid-server and other relevant technologies
• Document and maintain policies, procedures, and controls for platform operation and software development life cycle while promoting agile development
• Assist ServiceNow System Administrators with incident resolution as needed
• Design and develop new ServiceNow applications and services Required Skills and Qualifications
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance and DHS Suitability
• Knowledge of ServiceNow development principles, methods, and techniques
• Enterprise and IT Service Management experience
• ServiceNow System Administration and development experience
• 8+ years of directly relevant experience
• Minimum 4+ Years' experience with ServiceNow development, including SAMPro
• Experience with Integration components (SSO, LDAP, e.g.) and web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, and Web Services)
