ServiceNow Developer - ITIL Framework and Relational Databases

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer with expertise in ITIL framework and relational databases, proficient in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions for IT service management (ITSM) and IT asset lifecycle processes.

• Develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions for ITSM and ITAM processes, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Service Catalog, Asset Tracking, Software Asset Management (SAM), and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Ensure system availability, performance, and reliability through ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of existing ServiceNow implementations.
• Train end-users on ServiceNow functionalities and create documentation for knowledge transfer and adoption.
• Administer the ServiceNow product as a whole and within purchased modules.
• Perform back-end maintenance tasks, including configuration and occasional support.
• Implement improvements and changes, such as field changes, workflow changes, reports management, and dashboard management.
• Plan and execute upgrades, including recommending schedules, reviewing scope, preparing test scripts, and coordinating testing.
• Validate skipped items during upgrade testing and ensure seamless integration of new features.
