The ideal candidate will possess extensive scripting capabilities in one or more of the common languages used by ServiceNow, including Java, HTML, and Angular.

They will lead the design, configuration, and development of technical solutions on the ServiceNow SP2 platform to ensure successful deployments for our customers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Platform Architect to refine ServiceNow platform requirements (Stories) and complete the development of agreed-upon solutions.
  • Implement and configure a broad range of ServiceNow Applications, such as S2P (primary), ITSM, ITOM, HR, SecOps, GRC, and Employee Center.
  • Design and develop ServiceNow Tables, Fields, Forms, and Access Controls.

Tech Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of crafting Business Rules, ACLs, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Catalog Forms, etc.
  • Use JavaScript to develop solutions for requirements that cannot be satisfied through configuration.
  • Deep technical knowledge of integrating ServiceNow with external systems, such as AD, SSO, SCCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Jira, using JDBC, REST, SOAP, Integration Hub.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of IT-related experience.
  • CSA Certification is required.
  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification is a plus.

Closely collaborate with the Platform Architect to refine ServiceNow platform requirements and complete the development of agreed-upon solutions. Troubleshoot and repair common configuration issues. Create Scoped Applications using Studio. Automate activities on the ServiceNow platform using Flow Designer and/or Workflow Engine. Build data sets and transform maps for importing data from other sources into ServiceNow.
