ServiceNow Developer Position This position requires a skilled ServiceNow developer to work on IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management modules. The role involves configuring, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to automate business processes and ensure alignment with IT service management.

The ideal candidate will have expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery, including creating and maintaining custom patterns, probes, and sensors for internal requirements. Technical Skills:

• Expertise in ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping.
• Ability to align discovery data with IT service management processes.
• Network protocols such as SNMP, WMI, and SSH.
• Experience with full CMDB implementation and configuring Discovery and Service Mapping. Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow instances, including platform upgrades and testing.
• Document system and application architectures.
• Familiar with Agile frameworks and ceremonies.
• Develop and optimize ServiceNow application software.
• Support development, prototyping, and production environments.
