Senior Software Engineer Position Summary About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering community, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining complex software systems using ServiceNow. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Management to identify customer needs and develop innovative solutions.
• Develop and implement high-quality software applications using ServiceNow modules such as ITSM and Service Catalog.
• Build and manage Scripted REST APIs for external system integrations.
• Improve existing software applications to meet business requirements. Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience in software development using ServiceNow.
• Expertise in building and managing CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow development using tools like Git.
• Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide Scripting, and API Development.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow development tools, including Studio, Flow Designer, Service Portal, and Virtual Agent.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years' experience in a related field. Additional Information
