Description of Responsibilities

The Senior ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for implementing ServiceNow platform capabilities, including form configuration, workflow administration, reporting, data imports, custom scripting, and third-party software integrations.

The ideal candidate will have detailed knowledge of ITIL methodologies, JavaScript, and web software design principles.

• The successful candidate will also have working knowledge and experience of IT Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Knowledge, Service Catalog).
• They will be required to maintain industry leading knowledge to understand all aspects of the ITAM and Software life-cycle.
