Are you a skilled IT professional looking to make a meaningful impact in the field of Servicenow? We are seeking a highly experienced Servicenow Engineer to join our team as an Information Technology Specialist I.

About the Role: As a Servicenow Engineer, you will serve as a functional administrator for Servicenow using your technical expertise in assisting customers with defining and identifying their business needs. You will participate in regular Stakeholder meetings to discuss upcoming changes and issues to Servicenow to ensure adherence to governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a functional administrator for Servicenow.
• Participate in regular Stakeholder meetings.
• Review proposed changes to Servicenow.
• Provide production support.

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in configuring and customizing modules such as ITSM, HAM/SAM, HRSD, S2P, and Employee Center.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, REST APIs, and MID Server configuration.
• Hands-on experience working within Agile development teams.
• Familiar with principles of human-centered design, plain language standards, and accessibility compliance.
