IT Service Management Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team in creating innovative solutions for IT service management. About the Role

• This position is responsible for developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications and services.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on Flow Designer and experience with system administration, development, and implementation of ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM modules. Key Responsibilities
• Developing integration solutions to connect ServiceNow with external systems and applications.
• Utilizing ITIL v4 principles to enhance service management processes and workflows.
• Building and maintaining service catalog items, ensuring efficient and user-friendly service delivery.
• Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow projects.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer for creating and managing workflows.
• Strong integration experience, with the ability to connect ServiceNow with other systems.

ServiceNow Development Expertise

• Experience implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow, including experience with common web technologies.
• Detailed knowledge of ITIL methodologies, JavaScript, web software design principles, and IT Service Management processes.
