ServiceNow Development Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our ServiceNow development efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in on-prem implementation and support for large clients.

The successful applicant will have a strong background in IT service management, IT operations management, and IT asset management (including software asset management). They will also have expertise in designing and implementing process workflows, procedures, and technical standards within the ServiceNow platform.

Key responsibilities include:

• Translating complex input from stakeholders into requirements and mapping them onto ServiceNow functionality.
• Designing and implementing process workflows, procedures, and technical standards.
• Developing and maintaining ServiceNow tables, flow diagrams, and low-code solutions.
• Designing, reviewing, and modifying ServiceNow patterns as needed.
• Inventing and validating solutions.
• Guiding the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of interfaces/integrations with third-party systems.
• Providing technical expertise and participating in implementing new ServiceNow functionality.
• Maintaining a comprehensive view of the ServiceNow architecture at both high and granular levels.
• Clearly documenting ServiceNow architecture for internal use.
