Senior ServiceNow Developer - Security Systems Specialist

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to join our team. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our security systems. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize ServiceNow forms and workflows to improve performance and usability.
• Integrate ServiceNow with directory services such as Active Directory, Azure, and Okta using REST APIs.
• Design and develop front-end and back-end components connected to a blended technology stack to enhance integration with security systems.
• Collaborate with the security team to develop and enhance the security catalog by addressing backlog items.
• Assist in ticket trending and reporting to provide accurate and useful data presentation.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, architecture diagrams, and user guides.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices in ServiceNow development and data handling.

This role requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, Custom Application, Reporting, and Integrations. Experience with directory services, third-party system integrations, and root cause analysis is essential. Additionally, proficiency in developing front-end and back-end components, automated processes, and UI components is necessary. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Three years or more experience in Transportation Management and/or Distribution Management Technology preferred.
• Seven years or more experience in Software Development required. About Us
