Required Skills & Abilities

• ServiceNow Modules Knowledge: Proficiency in ITSM, ITBM/SPM, HRSD, SLO, FSM, and CMDB modules.
• Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Active Directory/LDAP, and front-end browser technologies.
• Project Management: Experience in driving technical projects, managing releases, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
