ServiceNow Architect/Administrator - Contractor

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across various business units, including ITSM, ITOM, HR, and Security Incident Response, ensuring optimal performance and scalability of the platform
• Develop and manage the ServiceNow platform architecture, implementing integrations with third-party systems, and configuring user management, role-based access controls, and security settings
• Perform regular maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, including system upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting, while monitoring and optimizing system performance to ensure stability and security
• Create and maintain custom ServiceNow applications, workflows, scripts, and business rules using ServiceNow scripting languages, and develop reports, dashboards, and metrics to provide insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions and provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated issues, and mentor junior team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, any related certifications are a plus
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Architect, specializing in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions
• Possess a strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, including workflows, scripting (JavaScript/Glide), and integrations (REST/SOAP), along with proficiency in using tools like ServiceNow Studio, Orchestration, and Service Portal
• Expertise in ServiceNow implementations, configurations, customizations, and integrations, with deep knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and other products, while effectively utilizing the platform for automation, reporting, and dashboards
• Active Secret Clearance or willing to obtain one

The expected pay rate range for this contract assignment is $105.00 to $125.00 per hour. Exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location.
