Presales & Solutions Lead

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Presales & Solutions Lead to join our ServiceNow Practice. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and presenting TCS' services capabilities and tailor-made solutions to address customers' business requirements. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales and Solution Activities: Design and implement sales strategies, drive solution designing, and project planning to meet customer needs.
  • Contribute to Project Strategy and Deliverable Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project strategies and deliverables.
  • Develop Business Solutions: Utilize proven methods and tools to design and implement business solutions that address specific customer pain points.
  • Work Effectively with Global Teams: Collaborate with geographically diverse teams to deliver timely responses to clients and client account teams.
  • Evaluate Business Solutions: Articulate business solutions to client audiences and ensure they align with customer goals.
  • Provide Product Demos and Support Proof of Concepts: Deliver product demos and support proof of concepts as required by clients.
  • Communicate Engagement Impact: Communicate how the engagement impacts risks, business objectives, and quality goals to guide the work of others.
  • Interface with Implementation Teams: Ensure a smooth transition from the sale phase to the delivery phase by explaining customer requirements to implementation teams.
  • Develop Reusable Assets: Create and share reusable assets that can be applied to new opportunities. Required Skills:
  • 10-13 Years of IT Experience: With 3+ years' experience in ServiceNow presales, having worked on various projects involving ITxM, CMDB, CSDM, and Discovery.
  • ServiceNow Expertise: Strong knowledge of ServiceNow products, including ATF, Mobile Solutions, Reporting and Analytics, and other industry-specific solutions.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in ServiceNow Platform, workflows, Integrations, and ServiceNow implementation experience.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow certified along with pre-sales accreditations (CAD/CIS, CTA/CMA).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to propose alternate solutions, organizational and interpersonal skills, self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented, and strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Travel Requirements:

Willingness to travel as necessary to meet customer needs.
