We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ITSM and ServiceNow Development, with a minimum of three years of experience. About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Senior Specialist to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality ServiceNow solutions.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and implement customized ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop and maintain complex ServiceNow configurations, including business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members.

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• A minimum of three years of ITSM or ServiceNow Development experience; Federal government consulting experience is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• Experience working in an Agile or Scrum software development environment.
• Familiarity with implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript: Business rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages.
• Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements.
