ServiceNow Configuration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to support our customers' configuration and development objectives. This role is fully remote. About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will demonstrate competency in ServiceNow and understand the full implementation cycle while upholding the highest standard of ethical behavior.

This includes configuring and customizing core ServiceNow modules such as GRC, ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM, or other applications. You will also design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate expertise in ServiceNow and its full implementation cycle.
• Configure and customize core ServiceNow modules.
• Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Create and manage workflows using ServiceNow's Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
• Develop and implement solutions for platform administration.
• Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing.
• Maintain technical documentation and provide ongoing support for existing implementations.
• Stay current with the latest ServiceNow releases and features.
