Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Lead for Enterprise Solutions

We are looking for a seasoned technical professional to drive the design, development, and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions. Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet business objectives and requirements.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
• Design and configure ServiceNow platform components to align with client needs and industry standards.
• Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and scripting languages.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize ServiceNow configurations to enhance system responsiveness, scalability, and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance policies.
• Document technical designs and provide training to stakeholders and end-users as needed.
