Technical Expert - ServiceNow Platform Job Summary

An experienced ServiceNow administrator is required to deliver technical guidance and support on the implementation, integration, and development of ServiceNow solutions. Main Job Functions:

• Collaborate with ServiceNow resources on Implementation, Integration, Data transfer, Support, and Development, including enhancement requests.
• Design and implement technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet the business needs of the IT department and beyond.
• Ensure the team has the right level of details in design artifacts.
• Review and validate design and code to ensure alignment with customer expectations and adherence to industry standards.
• Configure robust solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform, applying good web programming techniques.
• Work closely with business analysts and process leaders to develop technical solutions in ServiceNow.
• Monitor outstanding development needs and provide timely status reports to project managers.
• Offer guidance on options, risks, and impacts on business/ITIL processes.
• Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Required Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience in ServiceNow platform implementation, development, support, enhancement.
• ServiceNow Discovery Configuration, Run Book Automation preferred.
• Strong understanding of web-based development languages; specifically JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Familiarity with full ITSM application lifecycle.
• Desirable: ITIL certification.
• ServiceNow Sourcing and procurement operations (SPO) knowledge or implementation experience is desirable.
• Strong CSM and integration knowledge is essential.
