Key Skills

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience in designing ServiceNow IRM/BCM solutions.
• Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow implementation best practices.
• Ability to assess effort and complexity of ServiceNow Enhancements.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills. Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform.
• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect.
• Expertise in BCM processes (Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Planning, etc.).
• Excellent knowledge of CSDM 4.0 and ServiceNow CMDB structure.
