Senior ServiceNow Architect

KPMG is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow professional to fill the role of Associate Director, ServiceNow Tech Leader. This position involves leading our ServiceNow development teams and driving technical excellence across the organization. About the Role:

• This is a critical role that requires strong technical expertise and leadership skills.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow development and architecture, with a focus on technical leadership and solution design. They should be well-versed in ServiceNow capabilities, including workflows, flow designer, app engine, and other advanced features. Main Responsibilities:

• Establish and enforce best practices, code reviews, release management, and code migrations, as well as set governance policies to protect data integrity and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical leadership, resolve design issues, mentorship, and guidance to development teams across multiple time zones.
• Design and develop integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems, looking for ways to leverage artificial intelligence (AI).
• Maintain and update documentation of ServiceNow solutions, adjusting standards as they evolve over time.
• Work closely with testing, quality assurance (QA) teams, and vendors to ensure solutions are thoroughly tested and supported post-implementation. Requirements:
• Minimum eight years of recent experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred; certifications in ServiceNow System Administration, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.
• Experience in designing and developing integrations, such as Workday, Azure, Salesforce.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and features, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proven track record for technology delivery/execution.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
