Senior ServiceNow Architect

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing the technical architecture of ServiceNow IT Asset Management, including Hardware and Software Asset Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing technical solutions for ServiceNow IT Asset Management.
• Implementing custom integrations with REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, Data Stream, and Scripted REST API.
• Developing high-level and low-level technical solutions and roadmaps.
• Serving as a technical expert for sales teams and helping to close deals by addressing technical concerns and demonstrating value.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of ServiceNow design and development experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow architecture and integration.
• Hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform, including customization of applications (ITSM, custom apps, HAM & SAM, ITOM).
• Programming expertise in Java, JavaScript, or other functional programming languages.
