ServiceNow Developer Position

This role involves implementing new forms, workflows, flows, and scripting to produce a working process for customer use.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supporting IT service management to automate business processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• ServiceNow training and certifications.
• Experience with ITIL, Service Management, scripting, HTML, and CSS.
• A good understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult on key technical decisions during design and implementation.
• Strong organizational skills and understanding of the Project Management lifecycle.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow app development and expertise in areas such as Service Portal, ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and CMDB.
• Experience with Workflow/Flow designer.
• An expert-level understanding of the ServiceNow Platform and its capabilities.
• Knowledge of web-based protocols and standards (Web services, SOAP, REST, WSDL, JSON, XML).
• US citizenship required and able to obtain federal security clearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer-focused attitude, and ability to deal with ambiguity - Proven team player and team builder.
