Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to design, develop, and implement tailored solutions for incident and case management requirements using the ServiceNow platform.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and workflows within the ServiceNow environment.
• Develop and customize JavaScript code within the ServiceNow platform to extend its capabilities and meet business needs.
• Configure and optimize incident and case management modules within ServiceNow, ensuring efficient workflow automation and seamless integration with other modules.
• Leverage expertise in ServiceNow Flow Designer to create and optimize process flows for incident and case resolution.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance related to ServiceNow incidents and cases, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in ServiceNow development and incident/case management, applying knowledge to enhance existing processes and workflows.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Extensive experience (7 years) working with the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on incident and case management.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and demonstrated ability to develop custom scripts and applications within ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of incident and case management processes, including best practices for optimization and automation.
• Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and other workflow automation tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• ServiceNow certification(s) preferred.
