Job Title: Technical ServiceNow Lead
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the technical architecture, development, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to align ServiceNow's capabilities with our business processes and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, development, and governance of the ServiceNow platform.
- Partner with key leaders across the organization to establish best practices for data quality, security, compliance, and performance.
- Drive the implementation and optimization of solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage service vendors to deliver scalable, integrated solutions that meet enterprise needs.
- Serve as the platform owner, managing the roadmap, feature backlog, and quarterly release planning.
- Stay current with platform capabilities and industry trends to inform strategic improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- 7+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across platform applications
- 7+ years of experience with architecting, designing, and implementing ServiceNow systems, solutions, and tools across the Platform
- Experience with requirements management and Agile development practices
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Technical Architect (CTA) certification
