IT Service Management Expert

A successful ServiceNow Practitioner will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM modules to meet business and IT objectives. This role requires expertise in automation, workflow configuration, and integration with enterprise systems. Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Ability to obtain or currently possess Canadian Protected B security clearance
• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration, with a strong focus on ITOM and ITSM.
• Strong understanding of ITIL best practices and their application within ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
• Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs), UI policies, business rules, and workflow automation.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise tools via REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
