Technical Lead - HRSD ServiceNow Solutions

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead to oversee the design and implementation of our HRSD ServiceNow solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of custom applications and integrations that meet client needs and industry best practices.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of custom applications and integrations.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight to development teams.
• Evaluate and improve existing ServiceNow implementations.
• Develop and administer technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Design and develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
• Implement automation solutions using Flow Designer and other ServiceNow tools.
• Provide advanced support for ServiceNow applications.

Candidate Requirements:

• 10-12 years' experience in administration/implementation/configuration of ServiceNow in areas of ITSM (HRSD Module), ITBM, ITOM, ITAM.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for HRSD, ITIL.
