Job Title: Technical Consultant - ServiceNow Platform
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Consultant to join our team and provide technical expertise in the design and implementation of integrations with external applications using the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of integration principles, automation processes, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise in the design and implementation of integrations with external applications
- Automate support processes in Incident Management and Service Desk functions
- Collaborate with Product Owner and customers to understand requirements, timelines, and risks
- Determine customer solution forecasts and communicate with impacted Product Management
- Review and document IT and Business requirements and risks to support solutions and rollouts
- Remove/escalate obstacles from team members that hinder progress
About You:
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in integration experiences, preferably with the ServiceNow platform. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
