ServiceNow Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of our ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, secure ServiceNow solutions that align with business requirements and IT strategy.
• Create detailed technical architecture documents, solution designs, and implementation roadmaps.
• Lead the development of complex integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
• Establish and enforce ServiceNow development standards, coding guidelines, and best practices.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to ServiceNow administrators and developers.
• Create target state vision through designs, standards, and patterns.
• Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Perform code reviews and ensure quality control of platform customizations.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
