ServiceNow ITOM/AIOps Implementation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure ServiceNow ITOM/AIOps modules, including Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, and Operational Intelligence.
• Integrate ServiceNow ITOM/AIOps solutions with other IT systems and tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop workflows, scripts, and automation rules to streamline IT operations.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of ITOM/AIOps solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow ITOM/AIOps applications.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices in ITOM and AIOps.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8 to 12 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM/AIOps implementation and configuration.
• Strong understanding of ITOM and AIOps processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, PowerShell, and other scripting languages.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, and Operational Intelligence.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or similar certification is a plus.
