Seeking a seasoned ServiceNow expert to lead our organization in CMDB and IT service management. As a highly skilled consultant, you will design, implement, and maintain a robust ServiceNow platform from an administrative perspective. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective CMDB design principles
- Administer the ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless integration with IT asset management and IT service management tools
- Maintain strong knowledge of ITIL processes and their application to CMDB management
- Provide expertise in Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Service Mapping
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of experience working with ServiceNow, IT asset management, and/or IT service management tools. Excellent problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills are essential for this role.

- 8+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, IT asset management, and/or IT service management tools

- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and their application to CMDB management
