ServiceNow Expert: Delivering IT Service Management Excellence

Seeking a seasoned ServiceNow expert to lead our organization in CMDB and IT service management. As a highly skilled consultant, you will design, implement, and maintain a robust ServiceNow platform from an administrative perspective. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective CMDB design principles
• Administer the ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless integration with IT asset management and IT service management tools
• Maintain strong knowledge of ITIL processes and their application to CMDB management
• Provide expertise in Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Service Mapping
