An experienced professional with more than 6+ years' experience in ServiceNow Service Portal development.

• Closely work with customers and other developers in a multi-vendor environment.
• Collaborate with Customer and Business Teams, understand requirements, and implement Service Portal solutions.
• Actively participate in requirements and troubleshooting discussions, come up with solutions and implement those.
• Understand requirements, document and implement changes in Service Now Service Portal.
• Ensure proper validation in all environments and have test results signed off.
• Liaise with clients, internal stakeholders, and work with global delivery team for clarifications and delivery of the project. Responsibilities:
