Responsibilities: ">

• Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications.
• Develop and maintain custom widgets using AngularJS in the Service Portal.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using various integration methods (REST/SOAP APIs, etc.).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver intuitive UI/UX experiences using UI Builder.
• Develop and manage Virtual Agent chatbots using Virtual Agent Designer.
• Write, review, and maintain client-side and server-side scripting.
• Ensure best practices and performance tuning for custom applications. ">

Skills and Qualifications: ">

• Strong knowledge and experience in ServiceNow Custom Application Development.
• Proficiency in AngularJS and custom Service Portal Widgets.
• Experience in third-party system integration.
• Skilled in ServiceNow Scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, etc.).
• Experience with Virtual Agent Designer and chatbot development.
• Knowledge of UI Builder and creating engaging UI/UX.
• ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) certification.
