ServiceNow Developer Role

As a ServiceNow developer, you will work with various modules such as HRSD, CSM, and ITSM to design and implement efficient business processes.

This is a full-time remote position based in Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in CSM and be proficient in working with ServiceNow platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing custom applications, integrating existing systems, and ensuring seamless workflow between different departments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and developing custom ServiceNow applications
• Integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems
• Maintaining and upgrading existing ServiceNow instances
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues

Beyond technical skills, the ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They should be able to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and identify creative solutions to business problems.
