We are looking for skilled professionals to join our team as ServiceNow Developers, Business Analysts, or Solution Architects. About the Job:

As a ServiceNow developer, business analyst, or solution architect, you will be responsible for implementing the ITSM, ITAM, ITBM, and ITOM (CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping) platform modules.

You will also have hands-on experience with scripting in ServiceNow (Client Script and Server Script) and working on Virtual Agent, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer.

Additionally, you will integrate and configure e-Bond ServiceNow with 3rd party applications using REST API and web services, and build reports and dashboards using report and performance analytics modules.

You will work closely with customers to understand their business needs, resolve issues, and provide solutions.

• Certified with ServiceNow's Administrator and ITIL Foundation or aware of ITIL processes.
• Knowledge and implementation of ITSM, ITAM, ITBM, and ITOM (CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping) platform modules.
• Hands-on experience with scripting in ServiceNow (Client Script and Server Script).
• Worked on Virtual Agent, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer.
• Integrate and configure e-Bond ServiceNow with 3rd party applications using REST API and web services.
• Build reports and dashboards using report and performance analytics modules.
• Interact with customers to understand their business demands, issues, queries, and provide solutions.
