Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst

Location: Remote within India

Methodology & Functional: 4+ years of hands-on experience in the Business Analyst/Product Manager/Product Owner role on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CSM (Case Management and related processes, CSM Portal) experience
  • ITSM (incident, request) knowledge

Desirable Skills & Qualifications:

  • Data Mapping and Data models expertise
  • API Integration knowledge
  • Good understanding of ITIL
  • Experience in large transformation projects
  • Agile SCRUM knowledge
