We require a seasoned ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to contribute to the success of our projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that align with client goals.

• Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement ServiceNow modules aligned with client objectives
• Create customized workflows and integrate them with external systems
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to design and deliver effective solutions
• Conduct comprehensive testing and documentation, ensuring knowledge transfer
• Maintain adherence to industry best practices and governance standards
• *Essential Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of ServiceNow implementation experience
• Active CSA certification
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Familiarity with Agile or ITIL frameworks is beneficial
