ServiceNow ITOM Lead

We are seeking a senior ServiceNow ITOM professional to lead our team in delivering large-scale applications and systems. Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing large-scale applications and systems on the ServiceNow platform. Main Objectives:

• To provide leadership and guidance to team members through full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations
• To design and develop complex custom integrations using various tools such as REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, Data Stream, Scripted REST API
• To ensure that all deliverables meet the required quality standards

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ServiceNow design and development, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of ServiceNow design and development experience
• Development experience on the ServiceNow platform including customization of applications such as ITOM, ITSM and custom apps
• Experience with implementation of custom integrations (REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, Data Stream, Scripted REST API)
• At least two full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations in the role of a lead consultant
• Must have strong requirements gathering experience
• Programming expertise in Java, JavaScript or other functional programming languages
• Demonstrated understanding of ITIL practices
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• ServiceNow certifications - Service Now System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist is must and preferred in ITSM and ITOM Product linesITIL v3 certification
